Group Fitness Routine 
In groups, students will create a fitness routine based on one area of study that has been demonstrated by the teacher. Fitness routine will have a warm-up, stretching, a series of exercises to complete the routine, and a cool down.

Warm-Up

Excellent

Students provide 5 detailed exercises that make sense to the routine. The student intends to warm-up the muscles that will be used during the workout.
Good

Students provide 5 fairly detailed exercises. Most of the exercises will properly warm-up the muscles being used in the exercise routine.
Fair

Students provides a few exercises, only a few muscle groups usedin the exercises. The exercises are not detailed.
Poor

Students did not include any warm up exercises in the routine.
Stretches

Excellent

Students provide stretches for all muscle groups used in the exercise routine.
Good

Students provide stretches for most of muscle groups being used in the routine.

Students provided only a few stretches for the routine.

Exercise Routine

Excellent

Students incude all the required amount of weight training exercises and the amount of repetitions for each exercise. The plan is written well enough that anyone could use the routine.

Students included than most of the required amount of strength training exercises and the amount of repetitions for each exercise. The routine fairly was easy to follow.

Students included only than half strength training exercises, missing repetitions for exercises. The routine was hard to follow.
