Music Composition Through Digital Art
Music Composition Through Digital Art
Kindergarten through first grade students explore composing through Music Ace's Doodle Pad, a software program available through Harmonic Vision. Students "draw" shapes and pictures on the grand staff using whole notes, half notes, quarter notes and eighth notes and have instant feedback how the pitch, instruments, and melodic shape effect the sound of their composition.
