	Good 3 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor 1 pts
Meaning of Gifted & Talented	Good Student has clearly explained what it means to be gifted & talented. Student also used personal examples to help viewers understand the meaning.	Fair Student has explained the meaning but it may be vague or missing personal examples to help the viewer connect to the meaning.	Poor The meaning is unclear or is missing.
Needs	Good Student has clearly taken risks, creatively explaining the needs, desires and problems facing the gifted & talented person.	Fair Student did not take the time to fully explain the needs, desires and problems facing the gifted learner. Left the observer with questions.	Poor Student may be missing one or more of the required "needs".
Research (5 sources min)	Good Student has thoroughly researched their project and has sited all sources used on Google Docs.	Fair Student researched their project but may not have sited one or two of their sources.	Poor Student has not sited their sources on google docs or did not site three or more.
Creativity	Good Student clearly put a lot of thought and time into their video. It is thoughtful and stands out. There are no errors.	Fair The video may have two or three errors, may be hard to hear or unclear.	Poor The video looks sloppy and lacks creativity.
Time on Task	Good Student came to class each time fully prepared with all materials. Used class time wisely and did not have to be redirected. All homework assigned was completed fully on time.	Fair Student was one or two times for class. May have had to be redirected. But all required work was completed on time each week.	Poor Student was not prepared for class more than three times. Had to be redirected many times and/or was missing required weekly work for class.
