Pen Pal Letter

You will write a formal letter to your pen pal using the new idiomatic expressions that you have learned. You will also want to include idiomatic expressions that are particular to Mexico.

Fair No more than 4 idiomatic expressions are used and only half are example from Mexico. They flow somewhat with the letter.	Good Over 5 idiomatic expressions are used. They are all from Mexico and they flow very well within the letter.
Grammar	Poor There are more than 10 grammatical errors in the letter. There are no accent marks above certain vowels and there are no breaks within the letter.	Fair There are 5 or more grammatical errors in the letter. There are a few accent marks but there are still missing comma's.	Good There are no grammatical errors in the letter and all accent marks are properly used.
Comprehensibility	Poor There are many spelling errors within the letter and it is difficult to understand the writer is trying to say.	Fair There are a few spelling errors in the letter and there are a few sections where it is difficult to understand what the writer is saying.	Good There are no spelling errors and the letter is comprehensible and flows smoothly.
