Content	Poor Essay discusses the impact of North Korean nuclear programs OR the attitudes of the three countries but not both.	Fair Essay discusses the impact of North Korean nuclear programs and two of the three countries attitudes.	Good Essay discusses both the impact of North Korean nuclear programs on reunification and the attitudes of North Korea, South Korea AND the US.
