Creativity	Poor Student did not use their own wording, situation, or data for the project.	Fair Student used some of their own imagination in generating ideas and data for the project.	Good Student infused a great deal of imagination and creativity into the project. They created a hypothetical situation, produced their own data, and rephrased the prompts in the instructions.
Accuracy	Poor Numerous mistakes were found in calculating the various statistical figures and charts.	Fair Some mistakes were found.	Good Almost no mistakes occurred as the student calculated the figures and drew the charts.
Conceptual Understanding	Poor The student did not demonstrate understanding of the concepts embedded in the project.	Fair The student showed understanding of some of the concepts, or partial understanding of most of the concepts.	Good The student demonstrated complete understanding of all of the concepts being assessed in the project.
Presentation	Poor The book failed to interest the reader. The main ideas in the book were not clear and intriguing enough to invite the reader in.	Fair The book was moderately professional in its presentation. There were some attempts to hook readers and to deliver the information clearly.	Good The book was attractive, especially on its cover, and invited the reader to open and be entertained by the scenario and the statistical analysis of the data.
