Student will complete a book about their daily life and include the times particular things happen during the day. They will also correctly identify morning, afternoon and evening.

Developing Student can tell time to the hour, but cannot tell time to the half hour.	Accomplished Student can tell time to the half correctly, but only 80% of the time can tell the time correctly to the half hour. S	Exemplary Student can tell time to the hour and to the half hour correctly.
Analog and Digital Clock Student can identify the numbers on analog and digital clock	Beginning Student cannot identify the numbers on either the analog or digital clock	Developing Student can identify numbers on the digital clock but not on the analog clock.	Accomplished Student can identify numbers on the digital clock and 80% of the time on the analog clock.	Exemplary Student can identify the numbers on the analog and digital clock accurately every time.
Hands of the Clock Student draws or shows the hands of the clock	Beginning Student can draw or show the two hands of the clock, but mixes up which one is the hour and which one is the minute hand	Developing Student can draw or show the correct hour hand but has difficulty placing the minute hand in the correct place.	Accomplished Student can draw the hour and minute hand correctly for 80% of the time.	Exemplary Student can draw or show the hour and minute hand correctly for every time.
Morning, Noon and Evening Student can correctly name all three parts of the day: morning, afternoon and evening	Beginning Student does not know the three words and when teacher gives the child the words, does not know what they mean.	Developing Student knows all three of the times, morning noon and night but forgets in what order they come in.	Accomplished Student can correctly identify morning, noon and evening but cannot give an example of something that happens at these times	Exemplary Student can correctly identify morning, noon and evening and give an example of something that happens at each of the times.
