Action Plan	Poor Candidate has no idea how to create an action plan.	Fair Candidate has limited knowledge about how to create an action plan.	Good Candidate has adequate knowledge of how to create an action plan and includes relevant details.	Excellent Candidate has extensive knowledge about creating an action plan and has provided and thorough and actionable plan.
Writing	Poor Candidate has many errors and writing is poor.	Fair Candidate has some errors and writing is disjointed and/or lacks clarity.
