Personal presentation

Often uses poor table manners. Little awareness of need for personal care or it's impact on others. Often needs to be prompted to wash hands, or take care of other cleanliness issues.
Fair
Will follow table manners with prompting. Washes hands after using restroom with prompting. Blows nose when needed and uses hand sanitizer with prompting.
Good
Some self monitoring of good table manners. Personal care is mostly appropriate. Washes hands without reminders and is truthful about it when asked.
Excellent
Use of good table manners. Personal care is done appropriately (ex. coughing into hand, blowing nose discreetly). Washes hands independently.
