30 Second Pitch 60 Second Pitch Students will assume the role of a salesperson. Students will select a product or solve a problem that they are passionate about and create a 30 second pitch. Audience must be able to identify the product, the need it fulfills, the targeted audience, and the benefit. 	Great 20 pts	Fair 15 pts	Poor 10 pts
Content Pitch must meet all standards as listed in the criteria.	Great Pitch has met all of the standards as listed above in an exceptional manner.	Fair Pitch has met all of the standards as listed above in a good manner(see comments).	Poor Pitch has not met some specific standard as listed above(see comments).
Preparedness Pitch must be well-prepared and rehearsed prior to filming and then well-edited before viewing.	Great Students show that the Pitch was completely prepared to present before the class presentation.	Fair Students seem to be somewhat prepared but maybe should have had more planning and editing.	Poor Students do not seem prepared to record or to present.
Enthusiasm Students effectively demonstrate an appropriate level of enthusiasm for their product.	Great Presentation was very professional and the student's enthusiasm for the product was genuine.	Fair Presentation was professional and the student's interest for the product was genuine.	Poor Presentation was not professional and no interest or enthusiasm was portrayed.
Verbal Junk Student has eliminated all verbal junk such as ums and like.	Great Zero verbal junk existed.	Fair One to two verbal junk was used in the delivery of the presentation.	Poor More than two verbal junk was used int the delivery of the presentation.
Time Students are between 25 and 35 seconds.	Great Students deliver their content between 25 and 35 seconds.	Fair Students are within 20-25 seconds of the required time.	Poor Students are less than 20 seconds of the required time.
