	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Facts of the student's own culture	Poor Student did not give any of the 5 informational facts about their own family and culture through the given assignment	Fair Student gave all 5 informational facts about their family and culture, but the work was not neat, and had few errors	Good Student completely finished the assignment successfully with no error
Pictures of student's country	Poor Student did not bring in any of the pictures for their collages asked of them within their homes and from other sources(maps)	Fair Student brought in a good amount of pictures that had to do with their culture, but did not bring in the right amount, and did not have any pictures from a map	Good Student brought in a great amount of pictures pertaining to their own culture and country they came from, with map pictures included
Journal Entries of Culture	Poor Students did not fully complete the 6 journal entries that was asked of them in class, or for homework. It was written poorly, with many errors, and information did not pertain to prompt topics(food, lifestyle, language).	Fair Student completed the 6 entries but had errors throughout each of them	Good Student successfully completed the 6 journal entries with little or no error
Recipe of student's culture	Poor Student did not bring in a recipe appropriate to their culture they were studying	Fair Student completed the directions for bringing in a recipe, but it was very complex and too complicated to understand	Good Student brought in a recipe that coinsided with their culture and it was simple and came from their household.
Complete poster of their culture	Poor Student did the poster with the above items on it, but it contained a lot of errors, was not very neat at all, and was not too colorful or creative	Fair Student completed the poster for the overall project with quite a few errors, and some areas needed some work, creativity was limited	Good Student successfully completed the poster of their culture and lifestyle within their family with great creativity and lots of fun things on their poster to draw a lot of attention towards it
