You are a founding member of a new grass roots organization that works in your community. The ward alderman's' have received a notice that a foundation is offering a 10,000 dollar grant to any local organizations. Your task is to create and present a community project proposal in order to meet the major needs identified by the community.

A written history of the neighborhood.

Write a three paragraph historical overview about the history of the neighborhood that your organization serves
Include the following:
Neighborhood borders.
When it was founded.
How has it change in the last fifty years.
