Client Specific Fitness Plan 
SWBAT design and implement an exercise program for a client who has medical condition with CVP compromise by describing in writing the general characteristics (symptoms, causes, etc), the relationship to exercise, and exercise guidelines. Develop the Fitness plan as the PT working with a client in a clinic based on the ACE recommended guidelines and applying FITT/FIRST cardio and strength principles.
