Work Effort Did I do my very best work?	Great Job! Score: 3 I paid attention the whole activity and participated in discussions as I should. I worked hard the entire time and was always prepared through reading and notes. I did my best.	Okay Job! Score: 2 Most of the time I paid attention and was well prepared. Sometimes I worked hard. I did okay, but not my best.	Needs Work Score: 1 I played or fooled around when with my group. I didn't pay very good attention at all. I didn't read the assignment so I really couldn't contribute.
Teamwork Did I help my partner or teammates?	Great Job! Score: 3 I shared what I discovered and thought in a discussion. I stayed on task so that we could finish our job.	Okay Job! Score: 2 I helped my partner or team some of the time. I was off task a few times. I did not contribute as much as I should have to the group conversations.	Needs Work Score: 1 I did only a little to help my partner or team. I left my partner or team or had conversations off task or not relevant to the assignment.
Respect Did I treat them like I wanted to be treated?	Great Job! Score: 3 I was responsible and respectful. I was kind and helpful. I know that everyone counts.	Okay Job! Score: 2 Once or twice, I wasn't didn't do what my team needed, but I got myself back on track. I left the group to go to the restroom or on an errand at least once. I didn't have my items ready to contribute as I should have or I did my part haphazardly or last minute and really didn't check over it well.
