My 3D Apartment Model
Mi apartmento nuevo
Students act as architects hired to design or renovate into a one bedroom apartment space. Students complete 3 steps. 1. Fully shaded in stippling and crosshatched diagram. 2. With diagram include the typed plans 3. A 3-D model built to scale in cardboard or other materials. Students present and review the results and discuss success.

The client easily works within the building plans. Scale is evident throughout the building The use of space was thought out throughout the model. Elements of light and movement are present.

The client is created to scale and works in the space. Most of the time details understood. i.e enough space
Fair
Client works in most of the model spaces. Some use of scale is evident. Very little thought on how the space would be used as a feature in the building.
Poor
Client is not created to the scale of the model. The use of space isn't consistent with the scale picked by the students. Space isn't considered in the model as an important feature.
