Color Mixing	5 Hues are mixed properly. All tints and shades share similar values. Colors are placed in the correct sections on the color wheel.	4	3 Colors are noticibly off. Two colors are out of place.	2	1 Colors are completely incorrect or incomplete and not at all placed in appropriate places on the color wheel. Directions clearly not followed.
Material Handling/ Technique	5 Colors are mixed evenly and applied in a smooth consistant mannor. There are no streaks or areas of thick paint.	4	3 Uneven paint application and streaky paint application are very evident. At least half of the color wheel was pained correctly.	2	1 Colors are not at all mixed evenly. Pain is applied unevenly. Brush Strokes are highly visible.
