Hip Hop Project
Students will work in groups of no more than 6 and add/create original technique and or choreography. Students are expected to incorporate several counts of 8 as well as choreography concepts. Students will present final projects to class for a group and individual grade.

Dancers perform with full confidence. They perform with enthusiasm, and are invested in their audience as well as the other dancers onstage. The dancers performed with perfect accuracy and purpose. They were extremely well-prepared and knew the routine. Dancer's had excellent energy.
Individual Perf

The dancer lacked details within style of dance and technique. Movements were not clear.

The dancer was inconsistent with movement execution. Some of the choreography and technique was not detailed or done correctly. Continue practicing.

The dancer put forth a 100% effort but has yet to master all technique and style of choreography. The dancer performed with facial expressions and tons of energy. I see growth in the dancer. Keep working hard.
Excellent

The dancer has mastered the technical skills and style of choreography for this project. Dancer was detailed and was able to express the theme of the dance through facials.
Understanding
