(State Name, State Nickname, The state Capital, value of agriculture production (include year), top 10 commodities and their values (include the year), at least 3 state elements (bird, fruit, tree) something unique about the state agriculture.....)
Accuracy of Information	Below Average Three or more factual mistakes are present in the visual display.	Average One or two parts of the information in the visual are incorrect or unclear.	Outstanding All of the state information is accurate.
Written Grammar and Spelling	Below Average Three or more grammatical or spelling mistakes are included in the display.	Average One or two written mistakes are included in the display.	Outstanding The written information is spelled correctly and all grammar conventions are followed accurately.
Neatness and Clarity, Creativity	Below Average The majority of the visual display is unclear and messy. No evidence of creativity.	Average One or two parts of the visual display are messy or unclear. Minimal creativity.	Outstanding The visual display is creative, neat and appealing to the eye.
