Each member of the group will be graded based on their participation, cooperation, and contributions to the Unit Project. In the boxes provided, write the name of each group member in the box that best describes his or her ability to work successfully in the group - from your POV only. Contributions	VIP! This person is ALWAYS providing useful ideas when participating in the group. He/She is a definite leader who contributes a lot of effort. Why isn't this person teaching the class?	TEAM PLAYER! This person USUALLY provides useful ideas when participating in the group. He/She is a strong group member who tries hard. I'd want this person on my team again!	THE WILDCARD! This person SOMETIMES provides useful ideas when participating in the group. He/She is a satisfactory group member who does what is required. I sometimes worry if this group member's work is going to hurt my grade.	WALL FLOWER POWER! This person RARELY provides useful ideas when participating in the group. He/She may refuse to participate. I'm just doing damage control to make up for this person's lack of knowledge.
Work Time	VIP! This person is ALWAYS on task and is active in keeping the group on task. I want to be on their team!	TEAM PLAYER! This person is USUALLY on task and seldom strays to conversation outside of the task. They might get sidetracked but I can still count on them in my group.	THE WILDCARD! This person contributes to the group effort, but FREQUENTLY strays to conversation outside of the task and/or actions sometimes make it difficult for the group to concentrate. This person gives me a headache.	WALL FLOWER POWER! This person is RARELY on task and frequently strays to conversation outside of the task and/or actions are counterproductive to the group effort. The teacher needs to find a new group for this person.
Working with Others	VIP! This person almost ALWAYS listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. He/She tries to keep people working well together. This person should run for president!	TEAM PLAYER! This person USUALLY listens to, shares, with, and supports the efforts of others. Does not cause "waves" in the group. This person is a team player!	THE WILDCARD! This person listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others, but sometimes is not a good team member. This person tends to drag the morale down.	WALL FLOWER POWER! This person RARELY listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. He/She is often is not a good team player. This person would rather break their record on Worm.ix than give the group the time of day.
Completes Tasks -Work	VIP! This person completes ALL required group work AND routinely HELPS others complete their work too. This person's work ethic is impressive!	TEAM PLAYER! This person completes all required group work for the project, but nothing more.	THE WILDCARD! This person completes MOST of the required group work for the project. This person needs a little help from others to get the job done.	WALL FLOWER POWER! This person RARELY completes most of the required group work for the project. In fact, someone else had to pick up their slack.
