This person USUALLY provides useful ideas when participating in the group. He/She is a strong group member who tries hard. I'd want this person on my team again!
THE WILDCARD!

This person SOMETIMES provides useful ideas when participating in the group. He/She is a satisfactory group member who does what is required. I sometimes worry if this group member's work is going to hurt my grade.

This person RARELY provides useful ideas when participating in the group. He/She may refuse to participate. I'm just doing damage control to make up for this person's lack of knowledge.

This person USUALLY listens to, shares, with, and supports the efforts of others. Does not cause "waves" in the group. This person is a team player!

This person listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others, but sometimes is not a good team member. This person tends to drag the morale down.

This person RARELY listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. He/She is often is not a good team player. This person would rather break their record on Worm.ix than give the group the time of day.
Completes Tasks -Work

This person completes ALL required group work AND routinely HELPS others complete their work too. This person's work ethic is impressive!

This person completes all required group work for the project, but nothing more.
