Grip	Poor Player fails to identify the horseshoe seam and grips ball improperly	Good Player identifies the horseshoe seam, but griped the ball improperly.	Excellent Player identifies the horseshoe seam and grips the ball properly.
Body Position	Poor Player knows correct body position, but lacks the coordination to execute properly.	Good Player knows the correct body position and can physically walk through the correct steps.	Excellent Players knows the correct steps and can go full speed through the correct body position
Arm Positioning	Poor Player understands that throwing arm is in L position and front elbow is pointed at target,and hip rotation towards the target but physically can't apply the technique	Good Player understands that throwing arm is in L position and front elbow is pointed at target and, hip rotation towards the target and can slowly walk through the the movement.	Excellent Players understands that throwing arm is in L position and front elbow is pointed at target and hip rotation towards the target and can go through the movement in full speed.
