	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Balance	Poor Weight is not balanced between feet and after follow through the player is falling over	Fair Weight is slightly balanced between feet and minimal fall after the throw.	Good Weight is perfectly balanced and no fall after the throw.
Foot work	Poor Player knows the correct steps, but can't apply physically	Fair Player knows the correct steps, and go slowly walk through the correct steps.	Good Players knows the correct seps and can go full speed through the correct foot work.
Arm Positioning	Poor Player understands that throwing arm is in L position and front elbow is pointed at target, but physically can't apply the technique	Fair Player understands that throwing arm is in L position and front elbow is pointed at target and can slowly walk through the the movement.	Good Players understands that throwing arm is in L position and front elbow is pointed at target and can go through the movement in full speed.
