17th Century Food
Research and prepare a food dish from Shakespeare’s time (England) or Romeo & Juliet’s time (Italy). Include a summary of your research which should include information on the typical diet for people of that time and culture; a copy of the recipe with detailed instructions for preparation of the dish; and a reflection of your experiences during the cooking process. You will bring a sample of the dish for ‘taste testing’ on presentation day.
