Fair Student showed limited skill in being able to assist partners in completing the practical activity. Unsafe practices	Good Student demonstrated an ability to follow the written instructions with minimal help. Fully participated in activity and managed to get most of the correct data down.	Excellent Student was able to complete practical with minimal help. Results where collated accuractly and logically, minimising possible sources of random error.
Report Format 30 %	Poor Report is handed up without an order or headings. Presentation of results is missing or illegible.	Fair Report has most of the heading but in the wrong order or missing titles. Some data present but poorly presented without labels or units	Good Report has all correct necessary sections of report as set by proforma. Some of the results are missing labels or units.	Excellent Report is elegantly presented with no spelling mistakes. All sections are covered and logical.
Results 20 %	Poor Results are incomplete without heading and summarisation. Presentation of results is simplistic and units and labels are missing.	Fair Results are presented poorly with units and labels missing. No refinement of raw data has occurred. No graphing or tables if needed.	Good Results are presented correctly with logical sequence. Graphing or tables are all correctly labelled.
Discussions 40 %	Poor Discussion is incoherent. Many spelling mistakes. Doesn't address hypothesis or results.	Fair Discussion has directly answered the hypothesis and aim of the experiment and briefly commented on the results. No extropolation of results beyond the direct scope of the experiment.	Good Discussion addresses the hypothesis and aim of the experiment. Begins to draw in some meaning from the results. Starts incorporating systematic and random errors.	Excellent Discussion fully addresses the hypothesis and aim through interpretation of the results. Discussion moves beyond the results and address ways of improving the experiment. Identifies random and systematic errors.
