Seems interested in learning, makes an above average effort to gain the most out of learning experience.
Excellent

Exhibits an extremely concientious and desire to learn the material, and enhance the learning of others in the class.
Croos-cultural awareness

Poor

Shows little or no understanding of other people's feelings.
Fair

Shows some understanding and respect towards other people's feelings and tries to accept each indivudal's singularities
Good

Understands other people's feelings and accepts each individual's singularities
Excellent

Has a mature approach to otherness and can fully understand and sympathise with other people'e feelings showing a tolerant attitude
