"Rhythm Calisthenics" Assessment Sight Reading Rhythm Rubric for grading Rhythm Calisthenics from “Choir Builders by Rollo Dilworth.” Students will perform six 4 beat patterns. Students will record themselves using FlipGrid while playing the online metronome at either 70, 80, or 90 BPM. Meets Expectations 81-99% of counts, note durations, and rhythm are accurate.	Exceeds Expectations 100% of counts, note durations, and rhythm are accurate.
Pulse/Steady Beat 25 % Staying on beat with the metronome.	Unacceptable The performance demonstrates no evidence of a steady beat	Poor The performance demonstrates evidence of steady beat 1-40% of the time rarely aligning with the metronome.	Developing The performance has a steady beat 41-80% of the time sometimes aligning with the metronome.	Meets Expectations The performance has a steady beat 81-99% of the time while mostly aligning with the metronome.
