Student cannot play piece with correct rhythms.
Technique

Excellent

Student plays the instrument correctly, and focuses on using the correct posture and fingering, and illustrates progress towards a conscious awareness of technique.
Good

Student mostly plays the instrument correctly, and focuses on using the correct posture and fingering, and illustrates progress towards a conscious awareness of technique.
fair

Student may be able to produce sound, but struggles with playing with the correct fingers on the fretboard, or with making progress with technical facility on the instrument.
poor

Student struggles with knowing correct technique, and how to hold the instrument, and produce the sound accurately, and shows little progress with changing this habits.
