Content	Fair The writing is difficult to connect to the topic and the form of writing is unclear. The portfolio meets less than (3) of the required writing forms.	Good Each writing relates to the topic but is unclear through the writing. Portfolio meets at least (3) of the required writing forms.	Excellent The topic for each is complete and clear and the details relate to the topic. Portfolio meets all (4) required writing forms.
Organization	Fair The writing is difficult to understand and the structures of some of the forms are improper.	Good The writing reflects some difficulty in understanding the proper structure needed for each form. The majority of the works are learn in form and readability.	Excellent Students use proper structure for each individual form of writing. The organization is clear and flows properly when reading.
Mechanics	Fair Some of the student's sentences are unclear and do not use proper vocabulary and grammar for each form.	Good Student's sentences are clear but do not use proper vocabulary and grammar for all forms.	Excellent Student's sentences are clear and use proper vocabulary and grammar for each form.
