Unit Rate	Exceptional Student is able to use division to compute unit rate, independently and is correct 81-100% of the time.	Proficient Student is able to use division to compute unit rate, independently and correctly 80% of the time.	Developing Student is able to use division to compute unit rate, with assistance using a calculator.	Poor Student is unable to use division to compute unit rate without assistance.
