The Project	Excellent Project questions were pre-tested and refined. They were clearly addresses. Neat and accurate.	Good Project questions were pre-tested and refined. They were addressed, but somewhat unclear.	Fair Project questions have not been pre-tested, but are somewhat clear and relatively clear with a sloppy presentation.	Poor Project questions are unclear and not addressed.
Time Management	Excellent Organization and method was applied and materials were brought in a timely manner. Supplies were contributed by all members.	Good Organization and method was applied and materials were brought in a somewhat timely manner. Supplies were contributed by most members.	Fair Organization was minimal and materials were brought in at the end of the time allotment. Supplies were contributed by a few members.	Poor Organization was lacking and many days were wasted during class. Only one student contributed towards supplies.
