Assembly	Poor Not soldered together well. Solder is chunky and voids are evident. Burning evident.	Fair Solder has a couple of bumps, slight voids are visible.	Good Solder is smooth and even. slight drips,	Excellent Solder is consistent around all joints, no drips or voids.
Accuracy	Poor Plan specifications not followed at all.	Fair Accurate to 70% of specified direction	Good Accurate to 85% of specified direction	Excellent 100% accurate.
Safety	Poor did not observe safety rules. Required monitoring during sessions	Fair Had to be reminded of safety points and procedures	Good Observed safety rules.	Excellent Observed safety rules and encouraged classmates to do same.
