TKAM: Student Generated Questions Student Generated Questions Students are to create six questions based on Bloom's taxonomy for the photograph assigned. Rubric Code: UX2WWX7 By amckeema Ready to use Public Rubric Subject: English Type: Assignment Grade Levels: 9-12

Student Generated Questions Photographic Exploration
	Emerging 1 pts	Adequate 3 pts	Target 5 pts
Number of Questions 5 pts	Emerging Student has an inadequate number of questions.	Adequate Student has at least five questions. No more than one of Bloom's Taxonomy levels is missing.	Target Student has six questions clearly covering each of the six levels of questions required.
Connection to Photograph 5 pts Enter description	Emerging Questions do not relate to photograph assigned.	Adequate Most questions are well written and have a clear relation to the photograph. Some important features in the photograph are vaguely referenced or missing.	Target All questions clear & relate to all parts of photograph. Each important aspect of the photograph is covered by set of questions.
Level of questions 5 pts Enter description	Emerging Questions do not provide a variety of thinking levels, and most are lower levels of thinking (levels one, two and three).	Adequate Some variety in thinking levels and several higher levels of thinking.	Target Students have to think to answer all questions. Questions clearly clover all six levels of Bloom's Taxonomy.
Spelling, grammar, and clarity 5 pts	Emerging Misspelled questions, grammatical errors, and/or unclear questions. Students do not know what they are expected to do from the question.	Adequate Some misspelled questions, 1-2 grammatical errors, questions mostly clear.	Target No misspellings or grammar errors. Students know exactly what they are supposed to do to answer the question.
