Good Student has described the character with only 3 character traits.	Fair Student has described the character with only 2 character traits.	Poor Student used one or no character traits to describe the character.
Physical Characteristics	Excellent Physical characteristics well written and includes all key details of the character. It is clear the student read the book and understood it.	Good Physical characteristics includes all key details of the character. It is clear the student read the book.	Fair Includes a physical characteristic of some of the key details of the character. It appears the student read most of the book, but might not understand it.	Poor Physical characteristis are too vague. Does not appear the student read or understood the book.
Wanted Reason	Excellent Student has accurately described what the character is wanted for and proves they read the book.	Good Student has described what the character is wanted for but seems to be lacking detail.	Fair Student hints at what the character is wanted for but shows that they have not read or finished the book.	Poor Student does not state what the character is wanted for.
Spelling and Grammar	Excellent There are no spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors.	Good There are 1-2 errors in spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors.	Fair There are 3-4 spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors.	Poor There are more then 4 spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors.
