Bibliography contains incorrect or incomplete information that makes it almost impossible to locate the source. Only one source is sited.

Bibliography contains only one source. There are errors in the format or spellling that make locating the source difficult.
Proficient 3

Bibliography is complete but with some errors (4-7) including minor spelling or punctuation. The errors do not prevent the reader from locating the sources. At least two sources are listed.
ADVANCED 4

Bibliography is complete and shows few errors (0-3). The errors do not prevent the reader from locating the source. Two to four sources are listed.
