Format	Poor The student does not use a correct recipe format. They leave out parts of the recipe format like ingredients like or instructions.	Fair The student includes all of the correct parts of a recipe but they do not put it in a correct format seperating the ingredients from the instructions.	Good The student has all parts of the recipe format and in the correct order and placement.
Creativity	Poor The students do not come up with a creative title or idea for a recipe.	Fair The students give some thought to creating a recipe title that would catch the attention of someone wanting to cook okra.	Good The student comes up with a creative title and description of the recipe that would lead someone to want to prepare the dish they are writing a recipe for.
Content	Poor The studnet leaves out important items for cooking their okra dish. Examples are pots, ovens, stove, ect.	Fair The student lists all of the items needed to cook the okra but did leave out an ingredient needed in the list or the directions. They may have also left out something like the cook time or temperature.	Good The student had all of the important parts of a recipe. They did not leave out any items needed, ingredients, steps, times, or temperatures.
