SPEAKS CLEARLY	Level 4 Speaks clearly and distinctly all of the time.	Level 3 Speaks clearly and distinctly most of the time.	Level 2 Speaks clearly and distinctly some of the time.	Level 1 Often mumbles or cannot be understood.
PREPAREDNESS	Level 4 Speaker is completely prepared and has thoroughly researched the intricate details of his/her topic and was ble to present more than 10 items of significance about his/her topic.	Level 3 Speaker seems pretty prepared and was able to present 9 - 10 significant details researched about his/her topic.	Level 2 Speaker is somewhat prepared and was able to present 6 - 8 significant details researched about his/her topic. EYE CONTACT	Level 4 Speaker makes eye contact with all persons within the audience (NOT JUST TEACHER).	Level 3 Speaker makes eye contact with 75% of people in the room during the oral presentation.	Level 2 Speaker makes eye contact with at least 60% of the audience but focuses on written aid during much of the presentation	Level 1 Speaker does not seem to make eye contact with at least 50% of the audience and overuses the written aid as the point focus.
