	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Subject Knowledge	Poor Student does not have grasp of information; student did not collect or use information about subject to help with the garden project.	Fair Student knows little about the subject; student needed constant use of resources when planning the garden project.	Good Student has a basic knowledge of the subject; uses few or no resources after started planning. Students basic knowledge was shown in their garden project.	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge of subject; was able to use knowledge to enhance the garden project.
Planning Outline	Poor Student have no or very little planning; outline has less than 3 steps and are non sequential.	Fair Students have some planning; outline has 4-8 steps and are somewhat sequential.	Good Students have planning; outline has 8-10 steps, are in sequence, and have little or some detail.	Excellent Students have planning; outline has more than 10 steps, are in sequence, and have details.
Organization/Neatness	Poor Students showed no organization to the garden project; garden is messy and their is no order to the vegetables.	Fair Student showed some organization; garden has little to some order and neatness.	Good Student showed organization to garden. Neatness and order are present. No labels though.	Excellent Student showed excelling organization and neatness; garden has order and is well labeled.
Teamwork	Poor Student does not work with teammates; student does little amount of participation.	Fair Students works with teammates for small amounts of time; student does little amount of participation.	Good Student works well with teammates; student participates.	Excellent Students exceeds working with teammates; student participates and helps lead team.
