Civil War Causes Multimedia Project

Students will research the general or long-term causes of the Civil War using credible online sources. They will show their understanding by creating a multimedia project such as a slideshow, infographic, or short video. Projects must explain at least three key causes, include visuals and citations, and reflect on what was learned. This assignment supports Florida History Standard SS.912.A.2.1 and ISTE Standard 3a. Students will present their work to the class and give feedback to peers.
