Group Presentation Rubric
	Extending 4 pts	Proficient 3 pts	Developing 2 pts	Emerging 1 pts
Subject Knowledge Quality of Information	Extending Group demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration.	Proficient Group is at ease with expected answers to all questions, but fails to elaborate.	Developing Group is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only basic questions.	Emerging Group does not have grasp of information; student cannot answer questions about subject.
Organization Structure, Organization and Sequencing	Extending Group presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.	Proficient Group presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Developing Audience has difficulty following presentation because group jumps around.	Emerging Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.
Creativity or Graphics Originality &/or Graphics	Extending Presentation is very creative and original, and reinforces or explains topic.	Proficient Presentation is mostly creative and original, and/or mostly reinforces or explains topic.	Developing Presentation is somewhat creative and original, and/or somewhat reinforces or explains topic.	Emerging Presentation is not creative and original, and/or does not reinforce or explain topic.
Mechanics & Length Grammar & Specified Length	Extending Presentation has no misspellings or grammatical errors. Presentation was within specified length.	Proficient Presentation has no more than two misspellings and/or grammatical errors. Presentation was 1-2 minutes over or under specified length.	Developing Presentation has three misspellings and/or grammatical errors. Presentation was 3-4 minutes over or under specified length.	Emerging Student's presentation has four or more spelling errors and/or grammatical errors. Presentation was 5 minutes over specified length.
