Horror & Suspense Short Story Creative Writing

Students will create their own horror/suspense short story, focusing on setting, characterization, plot, imagery, dialogue, point of view and grammar.

Setting/Point of View	Excellent Use of setting is clear. Reader is able to distinguish when a change of setting is present or has occurred .Point of view is clear, use of first person, or third person is easily detected by the reader.	Good Use of setting is somewhat clear, at times is difficult for reader to clearly identify setting. Point of view somewhat clear, and use of first or third person is hard to identify.
