Ability to weld / solder

Below Acceptable Level

Student did not utilize the welder properly which has resulted in weak welds, or the student did not solder the product properly or utilize correct technique

Welds were solid but most burned through the metal leaving holes, OR the student used to many welds and over did the process, OR the student used to much solder but has a solid joint
Good

Welds were solid and there were some holes from the welder, OR the student had a few to many welds, OR the student did not clean up the different welds, OR the soldered joint was good but not cleaned up after.
Excellent

The student shows a full understanding of how to weld a project together. The whole project was welded together properly, OR the project was soldered properly.
