Special Populations Test 
SWBAT write complete sentences on a test when differentiating between special populations using the following information: general characteristics (symptoms, causes, etc), the relationship to exercise, and exercise guidelines. Students will each take turns being the trainer and special needs client by training based on the ACE recommended guidelines and applying FITTE/FIRST cardio and strength principles.
