This is a rubric based off of students performance on writing a first person narrative from a perspective of an Ojibwa Indian. The paper should be related to the topic of migration studied in class.

Fair Narrator writes from an Ojibwa Indian's perspective, but sometimes uses more facts than feelings to illustrate the correct perspective.	Emerging Narrator writes as if he is an Ojibwa Indian, which is shown by the use of personal feelings throughout the piece.
