Paleontology Lab

In this lab you will "dig up" dinosaur bones ,try to construct a skeleton, research using the internet find how scientists think it looks, write a paragraph about your dinosaur, and present your finding to the class in a 2-3 minute presentaion.

Poor Do not write a paragraph and answered question in incomplete sentences. directly from the internet site.	Fair Write a paragraph in a mixture of own words and verbatum from the internet site.	Good Write a paragraph in own words.
Presentation Give a 2-3 minute presentaion about your dinosaur and be able to answer questions from the class.	Poor Less than 1 minute in length.	Fair Less than 2 minutes and unable to answer questions from the class.	Good 2-3 minutes long and answered most questions from the class.
