Introduction Introduction An introduction of the person being interviewed and the career occupation they chose is included at the beginning of the presentation.	Poor An introduction to the interview was not included.	Fair The introduction stated very little about the career occupation.	Good The introduction stated the career occupation.	Exeptional The introduction stated the career occupation and expanded on the occupation information.
Interview Question The questions were relevant to the career choice.	Poor Questions were irrelevant to the career occupation.	Fair The questions in the interview were simple, literal questions and did not use critical thinking skills to elaborate on the occupation.	Good The questions varied in type and were relevant to the career occupation, use some critical thinking skills to elaborate on the occupation.	Exeptional The questions varied in type and were relevant to the career occupation, use various critical thinking skills to elaborate on the occupation.
Response The responses were articulate and were relevant to the question being asked.	Poor Responses were irrelevant to the questions asked.	Fair The responses had very little flow and few details and were somewhat relevant.	Good The responses flowed fairly well and had sufficient detail and were relevant.	Exeptional The responses flowed well, had excellent detail, used critical think skills and were relevant.
Presentation/Interview The presentation showed comprehension of the occupation. The presentation was fluent and easy to follow. Exeptional The presentation showed exceptional comprehension of the career occupation. The speech was easy to follow and critical thinking skills were expressed.
