GROUP PROJECT: Section 1: Conduct a complete/holistic environmental scan. Collect as much data about the brand and/or service. Such as; the history of the brand, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; analyze digital footprint (i.e., website, social media presence, online reviews, blogs, gaming, apps, etc. whatever is applicable for the brand).
