Meets Houses are present, but little to no detail exists on the inside to show a thorough process when designing the village.	Exceeds Houses are built with details inside, showing the amount of detail put into the planning of the village.
Specializations	Falls below There are no specializations present.	Approaches Specializations exist, but are not obvious. For example a pond and viewers must guess this village fishes.	Meets Students may have created specializations, but they do not match the climate the village is in.	Exceeds Students have clearly designed a specialization for their village. The specialization fits the climate.
Artifacts	Falls below No artifacts are present.	Approaches One artifact is present.	Meets Artifacts are present. The intent for their purpose may not be clear.	Exceeds Artifacts represent the climate and location of the village. There is clear intent for what was included.
