Fluency	Poor Mumbled a lot, struggles to read words and form sentences. Learner is too soft and does not project voice properly.	Fair Struggles to read and form proper sentences without mumbling. Learner shows signs of improvement, but still struggles to project a projectable voice.	Good Manages to form sentences and project voice loud enough so that the audience can hear.	Excellent Could read sentences fluently, and easy for the audience to understand what the learner was saying. Projects voice excellently.
Eye Contact	Poor Never made eye contact once, read with the book in front of the learners face.	Fair Struggles to make eye contact with learners.	Good Manages to make eye contact throughout the oral.	Excellent Makes eye contact excellently and does not read from a book or page. Eye contact is frequent.
Posture	Poor Was too shy, slouched and cannot stand up straight. Has no confidence.	Fair Struggles to stand up straight, bad posture. Has no confidence.	Good Stands up straight, and learner has a bit confidence.	Excellent Has excellent posture, could see the confidence in the posture.
Clarity	Poor Has no clarity in voice, can barely make out what the learner is saying. Makes a lot of mistakes while speaking.	Fair Struggles to speak clearly but can see learner is trying. Makes mistakes while speaking.	Good Manages to speak clearly throughput the oral. Makes mistakes but not as often.	Excellent Speaks clearly, does not make mistakes while speaking.
