On time	Superior Report was complete and submitted on time.	Satisfactory Report was complete and submitted one day late.	Acceptable Report was complete and submitted two days late.	Minimal Report was incomplete or submitted more than two days late.
Language/Mechanics	Superior Report was very well written/presented and contains no language or mechanics errors. The content supports the topic at times but the reader h=gains few insights. Generally, the information is arranged logically though fails to make sense together. While the writing has some interesting bits, for the most part the reader fails to maintain interest.	Minimal The purpose of the paper is unclear. The central idea is not clearly defined and the reader is left feeling confused or misinformed. The writing is not logically organized and the ideas fail to make sense all together. The reader quickly stops reading and loses interest.
