Fair Occasionally, more than 3 times, read from the paper, but spoke clearly and with appropriate speed and tone of voice.	Good Nice voice quality and speed, made connections with the audience, and spoke very clearly. Referred to notes once or twice.	Excellent Excellent voice quality, tone, and speed.
