Cartoon Characters	Needs Improvement Characters were not developed well. Even at the end of the cartoon, the characters or their role in the cartoon was not understood.	Satisfactory Characters were developed satisfactorily and the role of each character was understood.	Good Characters were depicted with clarity. The role of each character was understood.	Excellent Characters were depicted with excellent clarity. The role of each character was understood and developed.
Anti-Bullying Message	Needs Improvement Anti-Bullying message was not clear; confusing. There was not a resolution or solution to the bullying problem or the bullying problem was not clearly stated.	Satisfactory Anti-Bullying message was understood (perhaps implied), but did not come to a resolution. There was still some confusion.	Good Anti-Bullying message was clear and there was resolution at the end of the cartoon.	Excellent Anti-Bullying message was extremely clear and contained a well thought out resolution.
